Hi all.....................I've had a great life with no regrets. Married the most wonderful man but decided I just wasn't wife material so gave him his freedom to find the married life he deserved and raise a family. Actually, I guess I do have a minor regret after all. I wasn't blessed with children. Perhaps it's best since I believe I'm too selfish with my time to have devoted it to raising children as well as my parents raised my brother and I.
I lost my brother in an auto accident in 1972. He too had no children so that is the last of the family with only very very distant relatives. I enjoy the thought that no one will fight over any estate I leave behind if I any and spe...Expand for more
nd it all by my last day. I might just leave it to my cats (if they outlive me) or animal welfare organizations so I can leave this life as an eccentric animal lover.
I've always had an affection for vintage vehicles. I purchased a 1957 Thunderbird in 1964 and still own it today after all these years, then I acquired my first Model A Ford in 1981 (It's a 1930). I always loved to tinker on my cars and learned to work on the Model A after joining the Local Model A Club. I earned my Senior Judging Certification in the mid 80's and judged in several National Meets. Other than judging I enjoy touring in my old iron.
Two of the longest trips was Seattle to Lake Geneva, Wisc. and back (4600 round trip miles) then from Seattle to San Diego and back) Only trouble was one flat tire on the return trip from Wisc.
I have several Model A Fords, a 1957 Thunderbird, 1962 Corvette, 55 Chev Nomad, 1934 Roadster, and 1929 Town Car (Chauffeur Style) etc.. What a ride it has been.
